Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team and act as a strategic advisor across various HR functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct impact on recruitment employee relations talent retention and HR project management ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead recruitment and selection processes ensuring adherence to fair practices and compliance.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters ensuring sound relationships between managers and employees.
  • Foster collaboration between HR and business units to drive HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Manage performance management systems and talent management processes including succession planning and career development.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR projects and change management processes.
  • Actively contribute to HR risk management and compliance activities.

Ideal Candidate :

  • Degree or relevant diploma in HR or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience as an HR generalist ideally within a unionised environment.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation including the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and Labour Relations Act.
  • Proven experience in recruitment employee relations and talent management.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
