MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To lead a holistic human resources business and employee enablement service whichleverages human resources tools and services to anticipate and solve business challenges within a value-based culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

Support business performance through strategic HR application

Drive and govern HR Service Delivery

Promote and lead employee engagement

Lead and manage the people in the Human Resource Department

REQUIRED EDUCATION

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: 3 year Degree/Diploma in Human Resources

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years recent generalist experience in Human Resources.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Labour Relations/Learning and Development.
