HR Audits: Conduct audits on employee qualifications and competencies.

Recruitment & Exit: Oversee recruitment processes, from job ads to onboarding and exit interviews.

Performance Management: Coordinate performance management, provide training, and support development plans.

Industrial Relations: Advise on labor issues, represent the company in hearings, and resolve grievances.

Talent & Succession Planning: Manage talent development and succession planning processes.

BBBEE & EE Compliance: Monitor and report on BBBEE and Employment Equity initiatives.

General HR Support: Provide HR support to managers, implement policies, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
