The Human Resources Department provides strategic HR services through central programs aimed at attracting, developing, retaining, and engaging a diverse workforce. It comprises four elements: HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Learning & Development, and Recruitment.

This role manages all HR activities for specific business areas, supporting organizational transformation within a collaborative, people-centric strategy.

What you’ll be doing

Your responsibilities include:

Strategic Business Partnering
  • Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to understand business areas deeply.
  • Identify gaps, propose, and implement changes to mitigate risks.
  • Support cultural changes through various methods, including action plans.
  • Partner with business leaders using consultative and influential practices to incorporate the human perspective in discussions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to empower leaders in staff management and development.
Talent Management
  • Work with the Talent team to attract and select top talent using effective tools and processes.
  • Ensure talent retention, succession planning, and development plans are in place and aligned with organizational goals.
Employee Relations
  • Assist management in resolving employee relations and disciplinary issues.
  • Coordinate resolution of policy-related problems and inquiries.
  • Conduct research or investigations into operational issues.
  • Provide coaching support to individuals.
  • Manage workplace conflicts through effective mediation services.
Performance Management
  • Collaborate with managers to identify performance issues and their root causes.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure effective application of performance management processes.
Training & Development
  • Identify training needs, skills gaps, and competencies.
  • Recommend, develop, schedule, and deliver training programs.
  • Participate in induction programs.
Organization Development
  • Identify OD issues related to performance, culture, communication, and leadership.
  • Develop interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Use employee engagement practices to monitor and enhance culture and climate.
HR Administration
  • Advise on policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Maintain HR information systems.
  • Recommend improvements to policies and procedures.
  • Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

We require:

  • Knowledge of Employment Law and its practical application.
