Job Title : Human Resources Administrator

Employment Type : Fixed-Term Contract (12 Months)

Department : Human Resources

Salary : Market-Related

A dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator is sought to join a busy HR team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and enjoys supporting people processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain and update employee records on HR systems
  • Handle daily HR queries and employee document requests
  • Assist with leave tracking and updates
  • Support training administration, including invoices and records
  • Maintain digital and physical HR filing systems
  • Assist with compliance checks and HR audits
  • Perform additional duties as required by evolving business needs.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • HR Certificate or Diploma (mandatory)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR administrative role (mandatory)
  • Experience with Sage VIP, ESS , or similar HRIS systems
  • High attention to detail and strong data capturing skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Well-organised and able to manage time independently
