Responsibilities

  • Assist in all human resources related matters.
  • Maintain ERP, employee files, and monitor absenteeism.
  • Recruitment & Selection, Induction / Staff onboarding.

Responsible for all payroll input

Assist in implementation, reviewing, and drafting policies.

Compile WSP / Annual Training Plan

Compile Employment Equity & BBBEE reports

Implement Training and Development initiatives

Manage Employee Benefits / Wellness programs

Assist with IOD procedures and arrange medicals.

HR Reporting / Administration

Monitor and implement Performance Appraisals.

Assist in creating Job Profiles and Job Descriptions

Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1-3 Years experience in Human Resource Management
