Job Description

Robert Bosch South Africa is looking to employ a Human Resources Administrator in the Human Resources Department.

Recruitment:

  1. Coordinate the recruitment cycle; interview, screening, recruiting, and appointment of fresh talent when required.
  2. Lead the full recruitment cycle for junior positions.
  3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Business Partner's with the recruitment cycle for senior positions.
  4. Leverage sourcing methodologies and tools to meet the current attraction technique.
  5. Advance the use of new and innovative methods of sourcing talent to increase capability and capacity of pipeline, including direct sourcing, networking/data mining, and internal referrals.
  6. Understand the current recruitment landscape and advise the business accordingly.
  7. Support the vendor selection process and relationships for sourcing channels in partnership with the procurement team.
  8. Manage and update the careers site content including TalentHub and LinkedIn.
  9. Monitor ROI on current sourcing tools and channels; make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Keep track of human resources dashboards for e.g., staff movements, retention, and staff turnover.
  11. Human resources monthly reporting.
  12. Maintain and update the job description database.
  13. Liaise with Human Resources Business Partner's & Payroll for package modelling.
  14. Conduct the necessary background screening requirements for recruitment.

HR Administration:

  1. Facilitate the smooth onboarding of employees by liaising with relevant departments.
  2. Ensure that all onboarding documentation for new associates are completed and submitted back to payroll for processing.
  3. Track the probation discussions as part of the onboarding process with the support of the Human Resources Business Partners.
  4. Oversee the Human Resources induction process with the support of the HRBP's.
  5. Liaise with other stakeholders to ensure departmental inductions are conducted.
  6. Responsible for overseeing the exit process for all terminations.
  7. Compass/SAP administration.
  8. Quality control for HR templates.
  9. HR Filing (manual and online).
  10. Support administration for general HR-Payroll inputs.
  11. Support HR communication, announcements, newsletters, etc.

Audit (support):

  1. Provide training support and coordination where needed.
  2. Assist and give support to Human Resources Business Partners with labor relations processes e.g., disciplinary hearings, grievances, etc.

Support general human resources projects:

  1. Act as a champion in performance management processes and administration.

Qualifications:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Human Resources.
  2. 2 - 3 years' experience of practical human resources administration in a multinational company.
  3. 2 - 3 years' experience with recruitment and recruitment processes, i.e., interviews.
  4. Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
  5. Organizational skills.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Strong analytical skills.
  8. Computer literate (e.g., knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage).
