Job description

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support our HR department with administrative tasks, employee record management, and day-to-day HR operations.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personal information.
  2. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  3. Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
  4. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, performance reports, and disciplinary notices.
  5. Track employee leave, attendance, and other HR metrics.
  6. Support payroll processing with necessary employee data and changes.
  7. Ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  8. Assist in organizing training sessions and performance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of South African labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Sage, BambooHR, or similar).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Matric (Grade 12) Essential.
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field advantageous.
  • Experience with payroll systems and HR databases.
