Job summary

Masterparts is seeking two HR Admin Clerks to enhance its HR team. The ideal candidates will have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, with a solid understanding of leave legislation, and the ability to work well under pressure. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and experience in a MIBCO environment would be advantageous.

Masterparts Head Office Epping 2 (North) Masterparts is a large automotive parts wholesaler and retailer with multiple branches in the Western Cape, Kwazulu Natal, and Namibia.

We are looking for two HR Admin Clerks to join our expanding HR Team.

Requirements : A tertiary HR qualification is beneficial.

You must be accurate and meticulous.

Solid understanding of leave and timekeeping legislation.

Ability to network and forge relationships with managers and supervisors.

Service-oriented with a professional approach to supporting employees.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans.

Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.

Comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.

Experience with Sage People system is beneficial.

Experience with Eco Time system is beneficial.

Experience working in a MIBCO environment is beneficial.
