Human Resource Practitioner

Hire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Practitioner for a food wholesaler company in Saldanha. Our client operates in the FMCG industry and is seeking someone with experience in this sector. As a Human Resource Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing HR support and driving HR initiatives in the company. Responsibilities

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining HR databases.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
