Job summary

A leading HR service provider in KwaZulu-Natal seeks a qualified Human Resource Practitioner for general administrative support and guidance to management. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, 3 to 5 years of experience, and knowledge of HRM principles and legislation. This position requires strong skills in HR administration, performance management, and compliance with regulations.

Job description

Our client based in the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal Province, seeks to appoint a suitably qualified Human Resource Practitioner to provide human resources general administrative support, coordination and guidance to management in line with principles of human resource management.

Requirements :

  • 3-year National Diploma or B Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations or an equivalent qualification.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Human Resource Generalist, Practitioner or Administrator.
  • Experience in Pastel / SAGE HR packages would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HRM principles and legislations.
