Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Staffing : Oversee talent acquisition, including job postings, interviews, and hiring processes for positions across logistics operations (drivers, warehouse staff, coordinators, etc.).
Employee Development : Implement training programs to enhance skills, safety practices, and employee performance.
Employee Relations : Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment through effective communication.
Compensation & Benefits : Manage payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation packages are in place.
Compliance : Ensure the company adheres to local, state, and federal labor laws, including health and safety regulations.
Performance Management : Support managers in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and managing performance improvement plans.
HR Policies : Develop and enforce company policies related to attendance, discipline, and employee conduct.
Workforce Planning : Analyze staffing needs and collaborate with leadership to address current and future HR requirements.
Minimum of 2 yearsexperience in HR management, preferably within logistics
