Job description

  • Manage an integrated talent approach to meet talent and leadership needs today and in the future;
  • Lead HR functional excellence and business partnering;
  • Collaborate to ensure a healthy employee climate, culture and relations;
  • Provide accurate HR analytics for effective decision-making and manage HR risks.

Minimum Job Requirements :

  • Degree in HR, Organisation Psychology.
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years Senior Management experience (with Country Exco Member experience).
  • Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills / experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.

Key Performance Areas :

Report to the General Manager :

  • Adhere to HR functional excellence and minimum standards.
  • Ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory or policy requirements.
  • Partner with the Senior Leadership to set direction and drive an integrated medium- and long-term HR Strategy to enable business performance.
  • Coach and oversee Line Manager competence development of people processes.
  • Identify and monitor KPIs to track performance.
  • Lead relevant and sustainable talent acquisition, talent management, engagement and retention processes.
  • Partner with Talent & Development to ensure effective employee skills and career development plans are defined and implemented.
  • Recruitment and selection of permanent & non-permanent staff.
  • Manage reward and remuneration.
  • Lead effective localisation and diversity management strategies and plans.
  • Develop a mutually beneficial industrial relations climate.
  • Drive HR performance against minimum standards and ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory and policy requirements.
  • Support Line Managers to resolve employee relations issues, disciplinary related matters and grievances.
  • Enable and drive effective talent management and engaged performance management.
  • Initiate, lead and sustain change initiatives.
  • Develop & implement holistic wellness plans & effectively manage performance of clinic staff.
  • Ensure efficient manpower / paycost and HR administration for accurate employee master data and management of information.
