The role involves facilitating and implementing company deliverables, supporting department heads and team members in resolving employee relations issues, and delivering comprehensive HR/IR services.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage industrial relations

4. Ensure good corporate governance
5. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations

7. Keep HR policies and procedures up to date

Requirements

• BCom degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
• Labour relations specialization is beneficial
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management
• Knowledge of relevant legislation: BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, Labour Law, OHS, and Liquor Legislation
