Job description

Infinity Brands is seeking an experienced HR Manager with industrial relations expertise to provide HR consultation to assigned business units. The role involves facilitating and implementing company deliverables, supporting department heads and team members in resolving employee relations issues, and delivering comprehensive HR/IR services.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and manage industrial relations
  2. Drive a high-performance culture
  3. Implement effective performance management
  4. Ensure good corporate governance
  5. Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  6. Manage employee relations
  7. Keep HR policies and procedures up to date
  8. Provide strategic HR input
Requirements
  • BCom degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Labour relations specialization is beneficial
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation: BCEA, EEA, LRA, SDA, Labour Law, OHS, and Liquor Legislation
