We are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to take on the dual role of Human Resource Manager.

What We're Looking For

  1. Diploma in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with demonstrated competence.
  3. Proven team leadership experience (advantageous).
  4. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, best practices, and administrative systems.
  5. Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  1. Employee Lifecycle and Support: Providing comprehensive HR services across the employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless support for all employment-related aspects.
  2. HR Documentation and Administration: Preparing and managing essential HR documents, including contracts, promotions, and salary reviews. Maintaining accurate and compliant records to support all HR processes.
  3. Onboarding and Induction: Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively and set up for success.
  4. Performance and Discipline: Assisting in managing performance reviews and disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  5. Leave and Records Management: Monitoring employee leave balances, sick leave, and personal files, maintaining accuracy in systems like Sage.
  6. Policy Implementation and HR Initiatives: Implementing HR policies and administrative procedures, aligning them with company standards. Supporting HR projects focused on performance management and employee engagement to enhance the workplace environment.
  7. General Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, conferences, workshops, travel arrangements, and policy communication. Assisting with payroll management and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.
  8. Strategic Planning and Leadership: Developing and executing administrative policies and systems aligned with company goals. Collaborating with senior management to ensure administrative functions support organisational priorities. Leading the administrative team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  9. Operational Management and Resource Efficiency: Overseeing daily administrative operations, including office management and facility maintenance. Streamlining processes across departments to improve efficiency and managing vendor relationships for resource procurement.
  10. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with administrative services and developing contingency plans.
