As the HR Manager, you will lead the full spectrum of human resources functions, with a strong emphasis on recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR compliance. You will also be responsible for overseeing and processing payroll, supporting performance management, and developing training initiatives. Acting as a bridge between employees and leadership, you will play a key role in fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment.

The ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, in both languages is critical to supporting a diverse workforce, managing cross-border communications, and facilitating a smooth recruitment process for French-speaking candidates.

Key Responsibilities
