Job description

Experience : Minimum 5 years Admin, HR and Finance experience

Qualifications :

  1. Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  2. Must have a Drivers License

Software :

PC Literacy and experience with MS Office applications

The Human Resource & Finance Assistant reports directly to the HR Manager and CFO.

This position is tasked with the day-to-day administrative duties within the HR and Finance Department.

Duties :

  1. Prepare Monthly Credit Card Reconciliations
  2. Purchasing of Company Groceries and Consumables
  3. Managing and reviewing filing and office systems
  4. Follow up on Debtors accounts
  5. Provide administration support to Project team
  6. Assist with company Social events
  7. Administer Stock Control system
  8. Assist with the uptake of ISO documentation
  9. Manage Stationery Requirements & Purchasing thereof
  10. Liaison with Suppliers
  11. Maintain and update HR databases (Employee records, leave records, work rosters, disciplinaries etc.)
  12. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant and accurate data, like absences and leave
  13. Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  14. Process employees requests and provide relevant information timeously
  15. Co-ordinate any training requests to the HR Manager
  16. Provide orientations for new employees and the drawing up of new employee contracts
  17. Coordinate queries forwarded to the Facilities Dept
  18. Prepare invoices for approval before payment
  19. Coordinate & compile incident report if needed
  20. Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Debtors and Creditors experience a bonus.

Payroll experience a bonus.

This position will also work directly with the Shareholders and Directors of the company.
