All living things have seeds. These seeds hold the clue for what will emerge. The seeds of plants, animals, and human beings determine what will emerge physically. This process is managed by Nature. However, business is not Nature.

It is only where human beings are that economic activity appears. We are the seed of all the different economic activities that happen amongst us, and for us. Our capacity for seedhood is not yet as well developed as Nature's when it comes to our businesses. Currently, our seed capacity is weak, leading to the emergence of strange and unintended outcomes. We need to learn to manage human seedhood better and implement measures to enable and encourage this, so that what grows is aligned with our original seed.

Founding concepts

1. Feed our seedhood.
2. Manage the structure, currency, and completeness of all staff-related documentation.
3. Have organograms with supporting Picture Statements and Job Descriptions.
4. Evaluate staff against their Job Descriptions.
5. Develop and rank Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and facilitate training.
6. Administer, measure, and report on these processes.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Openness to exploring alternative perspectives on people beyond current Social Paradigms.
