A leading HR management firm in South Africa is seeking an individual to manage appointments and payroll matters. This includes issuing employment contracts, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The ideal candidate has a Grade 12 qualification, knowledge of HR processes, and proven computer literacy. Additional service benefits include medical assistance and pension contributions.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Working knowledge of appointments and compensation processes or similar environment.
- Familiarity with circulars related to human resources management.
- Experience with PERSAL or similar systems.
