Job description

Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and Skills Development Facilitator required for a Benoni based engineering company.

Accountable for providing a professional, effective and efficient HR generalist service delivery to the Company.

Accountable for assisting the HR Manager with managing the entire HR life cycle and executing the key HR strategic objectives / initiatives which supports the Company's strategic objectives.

This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring legal compliance and utilizing data analytics to drive informed HR decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

diploma or degree in Human Resources is essential. Accreditation as a Skills Development Facilitator is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. As the registered SDF for the Company, facilitate the implementation, tracking and compiling of all related Skills Development legislative requirements. This includes (but is not limited to) Skills Development Plans, Annual Training Reports, Learnerships, Apprenticeships, Internships, Bursaries, etc.
  2. Manage, track and report on all BBBEE and Employment Equity related information / stats.
  3. Manage and coordinate audits for the SETA and BBBEE.
  4. Responsible for the recruitment life cycle.
  5. Responsible for the onboarding process.
  6. Responsible for the termination life cycle.
