A leading company in the fashion industry seeks a Human Resource & Executive Assistant to support HR functions and the CEO. This dual-role provides a creative and collaborative environment, ideal for those passionate about fashion and empowering women. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource & Executive Assistant .
This unique dual-role position offers the opportunity to apply your HR expertise while working closely with the CEO to support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Human Resource Responsibilities : Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Assist with implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and performance management processes.
Manage payroll inputs, leave tracking, and HR compliance requirements.
Coordinate training and development activities.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities : Provide direct administrative support to the Founder & CEO, including managing calendars, appointments, travel, and meeting logistics.
Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
Support special projects and brand events, including photoshoots, fashion shows, and campaign planning.
Manage certain personal errands or tasks to allow the CEO to focus on business strategy.
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce with a Major in Human Resource Management.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Human Resources and / or Executive Assistant role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with a proactive mindset.
Discretion, integrity, and a high level of professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or HR software is a plus.
Interest in or experience within the fashion, retail, or creative industry.
Passionate about empowering women and working in a purpose-led brand.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
A problem-solver who can adapt quickly and take initiative.
