Position : Human Resource Administrator

Company : General Heavy Marine (Pty) Ltd

Location : Boksburg

We are currently looking for a Human Resource Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our HR operations.

Duties And Responsibilities : (But not Limited to)
  1. Support recruitment efforts and assist in onboarding new employees.
  2. Manage employee records.
  3. Administer benefits: support employees with inquiries, assist in enrollment, and update benefits programs.
  4. Organize training sessions and employee engagement activities.
  5. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  6. Assist with PPE requirements, record keeping, and maintaining PPE inventory, including stock checks.
  7. Maintain and update employee files and databases.
  8. Assist in preparing HR reports and metrics.
  9. Provide other support or follow instructions from management.
Requirements
  • High school certificate or equivalent; additional qualification in HR or related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR.
