Overview
Human Resource Administrative Manager in a Financial Industry – Isando, Kempton Park.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions: recruitment, allocation, internal transfers, labor relations, attendance, and employee benefits.
- Manage training programs, performance planning, and staff development.
- Handle administrative operations including receptions, office property, fixed assets, low-value consumables, and security resources.
- Develop and execute procurement policies and projects, including sourcing, contracts, and result management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
- Complete tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Matric or higher; Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Management, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years HR/admin experience; fresh postgraduates considered.
- Professional Skills: Solid knowledge of HR, performance, training, project, and financial management; familiarity with labor laws and corporate regulations; ability to support business operations and guide management processes.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving, planning, organizational, and communication skills; ability to coordinate teams, integrate resources, and innovate effectively; high professionalism: integrity, confidentiality, responsibility, and legal/system awareness.
