Overview

Human Resource Administrative Manager in a Financial Industry – Isando, Kempton Park.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee HR functions: recruitment, allocation, internal transfers, labor relations, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Manage training programs, performance planning, and staff development.
  • Handle administrative operations including receptions, office property, fixed assets, low-value consumables, and security resources.
  • Develop and execute procurement policies and projects, including sourcing, contracts, and result management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.
  • Complete tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Education: Matric or higher; Degree / Diploma in HR, Business Management, Economics, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years HR/admin experience; fresh postgraduates considered.
