Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support employee relations, including dispute resolution, disciplinary hearings, and grievance management.
  • Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports using HRIS platforms.
  • Promote a culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with People Partners and site managers to implement HC initiatives.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic Human Capital Site Coordinator to support the implementation and administration of human capital strategies, policies, and programs across our project sites and operational plants. This role focuses on talent acquisition and employee / industrial relations , ensuring compliance with BCEA, LRA, and EE legislation while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment processes : job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
