Key Responsibilities
- Human Capital Planning: Facilitate and implement the Human Capital plan, including employment equity, transformation plans, and workplace skills plans.
- Workforce Planning: Implement the annual workforce plan and review and update organisational structures.
- Performance Management: Coordinate the annual performance management cycle.
- Business Solutions: Facilitate multidisciplinary business issues, recommend solutions, and contribute to decision-making.
- Job Evaluation: Coordinate the job evaluation process and liaise with Management to review role profiles.
- Compliance: Monitor policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance and compile employment contracts.
- Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and promote good corporate governance principles.
- HC Analytics: Compile and analyze data and trends on HC analytics monthly or quarterly.
- Remuneration Management: Implement and administer remuneration solutions, pay scales, and benchmarks.
- Employee Assistance: Coordinate the employee assistance program utilization.
- Organisational Development: Implement projects to improve organizational effectiveness and HC transformation.
- Policy Review: Review policies and procedures and propose process improvements.
- Learning and Development: Facilitate learning needs analysis, identify gaps, and coordinate IDP processes.
- Development Initiatives: Implement development, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Employee Relations: Promote positive employer-employee relationships and high morale.
- Labour Relations: Represent management in labour matters and reconcile claims.
- Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Human Resources Management.
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Capital generalist roles.
- Experience in an FMCG unionized environment.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- General knowledge of HR administration.
