Required Qualifications and Experience & Skills:
- Should be in possession of a Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Finance.
- Should have Professional certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
- Should have 5 Years experience in a similar role.
- Should have proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
- Should have prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Should have working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
- Should have previous experience with organisational psychology and labour market surveys.
- Should have adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
- Be familiar with various types of incentives and benefits.
- Should have extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
