Required Qualifications and Experience & Skills:

  • Should be in possession of a Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Finance.
  • Should have Professional certification such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
  • Should have 5 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Should have proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist.
  • Should have prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
  • Should have working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Should have previous experience with organisational psychology and labour market surveys.
  • Should have adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
  • Be familiar with various types of incentives and benefits.
  • Should have extensive knowledge of HRIS and MS Office.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Communication (verbal and written) and negation skills.
