Position: Human Capital General Manager – TTAF M / F (Based in Durban, South Africa)

The Human Capital General Manager oversees all HR functions within TTAF, providing expert guidance on recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. The role manages the HR team and reports to the TTAF Managing Director and CFAO Holdings South Africa HR Division Manager.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum ten years of progressive HR experience, including five in management
  • Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of South African labor laws and industrial relations
Key Responsibilities:
