Job summary :

As a member of the People Consulting team, focusing on designing and implementing large-scale, complex global transformation programs across various sectors, you will join a talented group of professionals supporting and improving businesses through transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities :

As a Senior Manager specializing in Change Management, you will be a key resource on business transformation projects for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing Change Management strategies aligned with organizational vision and objectives.
  • Leading Change Management initiatives, including technology rollouts, process improvements, restructuring, and cultural change.
  • Overseeing a team of Change Management professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
  • Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and managing stakeholders.
  • Designing and executing communication and engagement plans.
  • Creating training programs and materials for effective knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align activities with business goals.
  • Monitoring adoption and effectiveness of Change Management efforts, making adjustments as needed.
  • Managing resistance through engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Establishing metrics to measure success and reporting to leadership.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, integrating knowledge from all areas of the transformation.
  • Developing and coaching organizational leaders as Change Leaders.

The role requires delivering quality client service, analyzing complex problems, providing insightful solutions, and managing resources effectively. The candidate should possess advanced communication skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, initiative, and the ability to quickly integrate into teams and build relationships.

Candidate qualifications :
  • Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is advantageous.
  • Relevant professional experience, including consulting or leading Change Management programs for large-scale transformations.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Change Management.
