Are you someone who can :
Consult, advise and coach managers and employees by implementing Human Capital processes and workforce solutions, as well as support Human Capital process implementation and administrative requirements.
Hand hold and provide support to line managers through various Human Capital processes i.e., recruitment, succession planning etc.
Manage day-to-day operations within the Human Capital value chain.
Conduct team sessions and engage in basic facilitation.
Monitor the progress against tactical processes and operational plans.
Support line management with the tracking of processes end-to-end.
Partner with supporting CoEs to ensure practice requirements filter through to employees i.e. Learning and Development.
Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and training schedules.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain employee records, Human Capital databases, and Human Capital information systems.
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Assist Human Capital Head with the implementation of practice, initiatives and project implementation.
Experience Required :
3 – 5 Years Human Capital Experience
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology or Similar
