As the Marketing Lead, your primary role is to drive the growth of qualified applicants to our training programs through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. You will leverage online direct response advertising, in-person events and promotions, and strategic partnership development. Additionally, you will support broader marketing and communications efforts.
Must-Have: 5+ years of experience or equivalent in B2C marketing; comfortable leading and devising innovative strategies; experience in fast-paced or startup environments; strong understanding of the 18-30 age bracket; knowledge of social media, digital amplification, influencer marketing; excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have: Experience managing partnerships; marketing and recruitment experience for training programs or FMCG companies; experience planning branding events.
