As the Marketing Lead, your primary role is to drive the growth of qualified applicants to our training programs through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies. You will leverage online direct response advertising, in-person events and promotions, and strategic partnership development. Additionally, you will support broader marketing and communications efforts.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative strategies to expand brand awareness across channels, including ads, partnerships, social media, and web experiences. Establish clear objectives, define target audiences, optimize marketing spend, and track performance metrics. Tailor our global strategy to resonate with local youth, collaborating with global marketing teams.
  2. Digital Marketing: Design and implement online growth campaigns, manage external contractors, freelancers, and agencies. Develop creative strategies to increase online reach through content marketing, social media, video, and other digital channels. Measure and optimize campaigns for lead conversion and ROI.
  3. Offline Marketing: Create and manage offline strategies to build brand awareness and generate leads through TV and radio. Plan and execute in-person experiences to generate buzz and inspire prospective learners.
  4. Partnerships: Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with universities, youth networks, and influencers. Develop strategies to maximize partnership impact on lead acquisition and brand growth.
  5. Martech & Analytics: Utilize and optimize marketing and sales technologies like Hubspot to track and analyze key metrics. Draw insights to identify scalable channels and improve performance.
  6. Budgeting & Cost Optimization: Manage and optimize marketing budgets, focusing on reducing cost per acquisition through data-driven strategies. Monitor performance and adjust spend accordingly.
  7. User Journey Development: Design and implement a seamless journey for our target audience across multiple touchpoints, ensuring an engaging and consistent experience that converts leads into applicants.
Requirements:

Must-Have: 5+ years of experience or equivalent in B2C marketing; comfortable leading and devising innovative strategies; experience in fast-paced or startup environments; strong understanding of the 18-30 age bracket; knowledge of social media, digital amplification, influencer marketing; excellent communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have: Experience managing partnerships; marketing and recruitment experience for training programs or FMCG companies; experience planning branding events.
