Key Responsibilities:

1. Consult, advise, and coach managers and employees on Human Capital processes and workforce solutions.
2. Support Human Capital process implementation and administrative requirements.
3. Guide line managers through processes such as recruitment and succession planning.
4. Manage daily operations within the Human Capital value chain.
5. Conduct team sessions and facilitate meetings.
6. Monitor progress against tactical processes and operational plans.
7. Support end-to-end process tracking for line management.
8. Partner with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to ensure practice requirements reach employees, including Learning and Development.
9. Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
10. Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including orientation and training.
11. Serve as a contact point for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
12. Maintain employee records and Human Capital databases and systems.
13. Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
14. Support the Human Capital Head in implementing practices, initiatives, and projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Human Capital experience.
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or similar.
