Introduction: TRACKER requires an experienced, energetic, and passionate Human Capital Administrator to manage HC Administration for 4 months. The role involves adding value to the organization and fostering positive team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer all HC-related documentation and contracts with stakeholders.
  2. Provide professional administrative and general support for the Human Capital Operations Department, including preparing minutes, reports, presentations, meeting packs, and legislative reports.
  3. Coordinate and process administrative tasks related to payments for HC suppliers.
  4. Ensure all HC databases and systems are updated and accurate.
  5. Monitor IFS system data integrity and collaborate with the HCBP to input information.
  6. Gather and collate information for HC reporting.
  7. Assist with general administrative support to Human Capital Operations.
  8. Coordinate employee wellness initiatives and promote active participation through monthly themes.
  9. Liaise with Talent Sourcing Agencies.
  10. Assist with first-line HC queries and the recruitment process.
  11. Update the Employment Equity portal and take minutes for EETSCom meetings.
  12. Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings for the HC team.
Minimum Requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in HRIS.
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar Human Capital role.
  • Strong administrative skills with high confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, tact, and diplomacy skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible, willing to learn, and computer literate with MS Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and persuade others.
