The Hub will be responsible for dispatch, receipt, and management of parcels within Logistics. Its primary focus is on maintaining strict timelines, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

This position reports to the General Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the overall running of the facility and related secondary roles
• Managing operations costs to stay within budget
• Ensuring on-time delivery of products to/from the distribution centre
• Implementing and utilizing systems to accurately identify and distribute/deliver products efficiently
• Maintaining efficient warehousing and timely movement of products
• Extracting data and generating reports to assist in performance tracking and decision-making
• Applying company policies and procedures consistently
• Training and supervising staff
• Implementing health and safety standards
• Promoting orderliness and cleanliness in the work environment
• Identifying opportunities for value creation in product movement and distribution
• Collaborating with senior management and HR to resolve issues and ensure quality service
• Overseeing maintenance, repairs, or replacements of machinery
• Performing additional duties as assigned
