HTML Senior (Nightshift)
As an HTML Senior, you will be responsible for providing guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to a team within the HTML department to achieve key results. The senior monitors the team's achievements and reports results to the department manager.
- Escalate and report issues to the department manager
- Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
- Collect and check KPI data
- Review the distribution of leads from the previous night according to time zones
- Ensure the number of documents collected matches or exceeds the leads created the previous night
- Monitor absenteeism, transportation, and workflow percentages
- Review the effectiveness of the shift and evaluate agents' performance
- Minimize incoming tickets from collected documents
- Monitor agents on quantity and quality standards
- Assist agents during the night shift
- Notify agents of new monthly goals on the 26th of each month based on past performance and company needs
- Verify that agents are asking proper qualifying questions and marking leads correctly; flag risky cases
- Ensure agents are trained on qualifying criteria and eligibility factors
- Train agents on NOC codes according to Canadian government standards
- Schedule weekly feedback sessions with each agent and develop personalized training plans
- Mentor agents based on QA feedback
Knowledge:

- 1+ years of sales experience advantageous
- 1+ years in the industry advantageous
