Job title: HSSE Systems & Quality Practitioner

Job Location:

Activities

1. Manage and ensure standardization of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems for TMSA, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSSE norms, policies, and procedures to minimize risks and liabilities.
2. Implement and maintain HSE management systems.
3. Manage and maintain the HSE digital roadmap.
4. Ensure compliance with the procure-to-pay process.
5. Key Performance Areas include: Quality, Safety, and Environmental management system compliance, System utilization.

Candidate Profile

The HSSE Systems & Quality Practitioner should possess the following skills and experience:

1. Management and improvement of HSSE systems.
2. Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the affiliate’s One Maestro and ISO (45001, 14001) management systems.
3. Update all related requirements and monitor implementation.
4. Ensure adherence and compliance with HSSE standards, local laws, and government legislation to minimize risks and ensure safety.
5. Support communication and coordination of HSSE initiatives and committees.
6. Support other HSSE disciplines with initiatives and projects.
7. Follow lawful instructions from supervisors.
8. Escalate high-risk conditions and follow up on corrective actions.
9. Oversee procure-to-pay processes, budgets, and provision movements.
10. Assist in implementing Office 365 tools and apps.
11. Act as the Compliance officer for the division.
12. Monitor and evaluate HSSE system performance through audits.
13. Assess local regulation compliance at the corporate level.
14. Manage and minimize HSE risks by ensuring compliance with policies, rules, and legal requirements, and promoting a safe working environment.

Audits and Reporting

1. Ensure management systems meet Group HSSE requirements.
2. Schedule and manage internal and external audits.
3. Address audit findings and non-conformances.
4. Conduct trend analysis and implement corrective actions.
5. Support management of electronic HSSE systems like Intelex, One Synergi, Oscar, Progress Card, and Ariscu.
6. Develop and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and documents.
7. Manage document control and ensure access to latest documents.
8. Coordinate HSSE reporting programs.

Advising and Training

1. Advise and train on HSSE management system development and effectiveness.
2. Mentor and coach HSSE practitioners at sites.
3. Develop and deliver awareness training on HSE issues.
