Lycopodium is currently recruiting for a HSE Manager to join our growing team Cape Town
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HSE Manager is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) systems across projects. The role supports tender preparation, oversees incident management and reporting, audits project performance, and ensures compliance with statutory, client, and corporate requirements. Working closely with project teams and stakeholders, the HSE Manager promotes a strong safety culture and ensures consistent application of HSSE standards and procedures across all Lycopodium operations.
