Job Summary

Responsible for the overseeing of Health & Safety systems on various clients' sites and projects as well as the facilitation of training initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Oversee Health & Safety systems on client sites.
  2. Facilitate training initiatives.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  4. Conduct incident investigations.
  5. Plan fall protection measures.
  6. Maintain professional registrations.
Experience & Qualifications Required
  1. Safety Consultant with 5 – 8 Years Experience
  2. HSE Diploma / Equivalent
  3. At least 20 Short Courses
  4. Registration with a Professional Body - SACPCMP

Minimum Requirements
  1. At least 2 years' experience as a South African Health and Safety Officer in the construction industry.
  2. SAMTRAC / Equivalent.
  3. Incident Investigation.
  4. Fall Protection Planner (Including US + US and US).
  5. Competent installer of both HLL and VLL as per OEM (KARAM Africa).
  6. Legal Liability.
  7. HIRA.
  8. SACPCMP Registered as a Safety Officer.
  9. First aid Level 1.
  10. Basic Fire Fighting.
  11. Computer Literate.
  12. Valid drivers license.
  13. No complaints to be expected.
