Job description

We are looking for a HRIS System Owner-HR to join our team on a hybrid basis in Spring, Gauteng.

POSITION INFO:

The incumbent will be required to ensure that HR applications (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Performance, Training, Employee Relations, and Organisational Positions) are implemented, supported, maintained, and enhanced by aligning business requirements and ICT processes and strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Matric Certificate with Mathematics.
  • Minimum five (5) years’ working experience as HR generalist in a medium to large organisation.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Super-User experience: configuration, integration management, user support.
  • Minimum five (5) years of Human Resource system experience.
  • System Support experience advantageous.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL language advantageous.
  • Knowledge and experience of system testing methodology.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Able to translate tech speak into user and business understanding.
  • Confidentiality, tact, and discretion when dealing with people and data.
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving.
  • Prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Internally motivated.
  • Able to follow directions.
  • Able to work cooperatively and proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
