Reporting to the HRIS Manager, this role is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and actionable insights through Workday’s reporting tools.
What you’ll be doing
As part of your role, your responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and analytics.
Monitor and optimize report performance and usability.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting capabilities.
Stay current with Workday updates and new features to enhance reporting capabilities.
Assist in data audits, compliance reporting, and ad hoc analysis as needed.
