Responsibilities

Job Description

Payroll
  • Perform weekly administrative duties to ensure wages are paid on time.
  • Manage Bargaining Council compliance.
  • Process relevant payroll information.
  • Prepare and submit reports related to payroll.
  • Handle time and attendance records.
General HR Administration
Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes.
  • Ensure recruitment compliance.
Training
  • Manage training programs for learners/students on learnerships.
Wellness
  • Identify and implement employee wellness initiatives.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • HR training or qualification.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Ability to sign in SASL (South African Sign Language) as a primary or additional language.
  • Experience or knowledge of Clothing Bargaining Council regulations is advantageous.
