Our global client, a Manufacturing / Retail concern in Sandton, Johannesburg, is seeking an HR Development / Training Manager / Learning & Development Officer with E-Learning experience.

Min Requirements:
Relevant Honours Degree or equivalent NQF 8 qualifications
3-4 years relevant HR training & development officer experience
MUST HAVE E-LEARNING experience
Key Duties:
Organisational Development and Talent Management
Learning and Development Officer experience
Ensure all training records and feedback are captured, maintained, and available to meet audit standards
Select all learnerships and comply with SETA requirements regarding contracts, reports, and documents
Support design and development of Leadership initiatives across occupational levels
Assist in developing in-house training solutions for internal clients, e.g., Onboarding programs
Support the development and implementation of the Sales Capability Training program
Design refresher courses on Performance, Talent Management, and Brightness of the Future
Assist HR Coordinator with HR Scorecard Indicators, including training spend, training days, psychometrics, records, internships, learnerships, AET training, and bursaries
