Job Overview
As part of this team, you will work with the functional owners who are usually positioned in the Centres of Excellence and People Operations to ensure that all people systems and technologies are leveraged to deliver effective and cost-efficient processes.
You will be accountable for the full life cycle of technology products: requirements gathering, vendor selection, solution design and configuration, deployment, sustainment, adoption, and solution retirement.
Additional responsibilities include managing escalations as the single point of contact, ensuring solutions are integrated into the overall ERP architecture, reviewing and prioritizing releases, and supporting change management and communication activities.
