Job description

Renowned financial services firm is looking for an experienced HR Technologist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR systems.

The role has a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors and emerging technologies like AI and automation. You’ll act as a strategic bridge between HR, IT, and business stakeholders to drive system efficiency and alignment with enterprise goals.

Key responsibilities include having to develop and manage the HR technology blueprint with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central), lead full-cycle HRIS projects, integrating automation and AI to streamline HR operations, collaborate across teams to design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, and optimize system performance, ensure data integrity, and guide the adoption of future-ready HR tech.

To apply, you must have obtained a valid SuccessFactors certification, 4-7 years’ experience in HRIS management including SAP SuccessFactors (preferably Employee Central), and proven leadership in HR technology project delivery.
