HR Support Officer - Germiston

POSITION INFO :

We're recruiting! HR Support Officer – Germiston (6–12 Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Handle disciplinary processes, poor performance cases, and day-to-day IR matters.
  2. Support and contribute to Employment Equity initiatives and compliance.
  3. Assist with HR-related reporting and data management.
  4. Provide support to HSE activities (no formal qualifications required).
  5. Perform general HR administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency.
