A well-established micro-lending business with a team of 80 employees is seeking a HR Supervisor / Officer to join their team. This is a standalone HR role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in managing all HR-related tasks for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage time sheets for all employees.
-Manage and track employee leave records.
-Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy.
-Coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding.
-Manage disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.
-Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.
-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the HR function.
Requirements:
-Relevant HR qualification (e.g., Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or similar).
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar HR officer role.
-Proven experience with time management systems, payroll, and recruitment.
-Solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations.
-Strong organisational and communication skills.
-Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.
-High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
