Job Opportunity : HR Supervisor / OfficerLocation : Pinetown, KwaZulu-NatalIndustry : Micro-lendingA well-established micro-lending business with a team of 80 employees is seeking a HR Supervisor / Officer to join their team.

This is a standalone HR role, where you will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of HR functions.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a vital role in managing all HR-related tasks for the business.Key Responsibilities : -Oversee and manage time sheets for all employees.-Manage and track employee leave records.-Handle payroll processes and ensure accuracy.-Coordinate the recruitment process, from posting job ads to interviewing and onboarding.-Manage disciplinary matters and ensure adherence to company policies.-Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and company requirements.-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the HR function.Requirements : -Relevant HR qualification (e.g., Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or similar).-Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a similar HR officer role.-Proven experience with time management systems, payroll, and recruitment.-Solid understanding of labour laws and employee relations.-Strong organisational and communication skills.-Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive matters.-High attention to detail and ability to work independently.This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in a standalone role and is capable of managing the HR function across the business independently.
