Seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Senior Administrator / Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate is humble, meticulous, approachable, self-organised, a self-starter, not easily influenced, and open-minded. This role requires a strong understanding of South African labour law and experience managing the full recruitment and selection process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and conduct the full recruitment and selection process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Provide expert advice and assistance to Organisational Development on industrial relations matters.
Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Support HR-related projects and initiatives as required by the business.
Assist with ad hoc HR tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the HR function.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Strong knowledge and understanding of South African labour law.
3 to 5 years experience in applying South African labour law in the workplace.
3 to 5 years experience in managing the full recruitment and selection process.
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
