HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator

  • Location: Barkingside
  • Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours
  • Start date: ASAP - Long-term contract with potential for perm
  • Pay rate: £21 per hour

Overview:

Love Success is currently recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Co-Ordinator with a DBS on the update service to work in apopularoutstanding secondary school in East London on a full-time temp basis. You will be working in a lovely team who are supportive and experienced. This role is due to start on w/c 3rdJune until the end of the summer term with the view to go permanent.

Duties can include:

  • Support the HR and Business Manager with general HRduties
  • Looking after the school recruitment process
  • Creating and posting adverts for school vacancies
  • Interview administration
  • Work with the Head of HR/ Personal Assistant to administer DBS records for all staff and volunteers, reminding staff that checks are due, carrying out Update Service checks as appropriate checking and verifying supporting documents and maintaining the Single Central Record.
  • Providing support to the Senior Leadership Team relating to HR tasks
  • Create letters and documents for staff and parents relating to HRmatters

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience of working in a school (Essential)
  • Experience working within HR in a school
  • Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
