A leading manufacturing concern is searching for a Dynamic HR Professional for a contract role that may become permanent. You will require a strong background in HR within a Manufacturing Environment, with key duties including performance management, training facilitation, and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• Min 3-5 Years Experience in HR.
• Experience in Manufacturing Environment - Metals & Engineering.
• Submission of annual Mandatory Grant Submissions to a SETA.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with the Workforce directly for HR matters.
• Facilitating Training and Development activities.
• Improving HR Policies/Procedures based on ideas brought to the Department.

• Solid experience in HR Policies / Procedures / Practices bringing ideas to the Department on Improvement
