Job description

Compensation : $11,000- $15,000 / year for Full-time

Location : Remote

Reports to : Human Resources Manager

Mission

Taking on this HR & People Coordinator role means embracing these responsibilities : managing employee onboarding, coordinating company events, overseeing recognition programs, assisting with job postings, and supporting employee satisfaction initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute employee onboarding processes
  • Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and annual holiday party
  • Oversee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other employee acknowledgments
  • Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed by HR Manager or HR Specialist
  • Management of timekeeping and employee workforce efficiency
  • Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey
  • Participate in and conduct employee screening.
  • Phone screening and video interviews
  • ATS management and coordination

Qualifications

  • No specific HR degree required
  • 2-5 years experience in HR or People operations
  • Detail oriented.
  • Experience in manage ATS System
  • Employee Engagement experience
  • Demonstrated experience or aptitude in event planning and coordination
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Proficiency in basic HR software and job posting platforms
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
